IBM has not been subject to any Consent Decrees for (probably) decades. Don't forget, IBM didn't start the fight with PSI. PSI behaved like jerks towards IBM, then got upset when IBM decided to not sell them any licenses. Oh well. Sow, reap, all that biblical stuff.
