LOGREC viewer? Batch job? How are you managing it? Autodelete with retpd for your logstream? A job that "zeros" it via passing "delete" to IFBSEXIT? How often does it run if so? If you use IPCS and look at ACTIVE and use "IP VERBX LOGDATA", do you see records?
