yes .... and I checked it out ---- and I found that whenever we ipl that lpar,  
it goes into a disabled wait state 0020...........878040. 

last time I had *that* problem, (a couple of years ago), I fixed it by putting 
an "initsqa 0500k 1000k" in the loadXX. 
I'll try that next sunday.
