  I really would prefer to continue using Bookmaster for producing this 
document, and printing it, but with IBM dropping support for it, I would like 
to 
continue printing this using a supported method.

  Yes, I am aware of B2H, and do utilize it, but that doesn't allow for 
printing 
via PSF.  PSF supports the use of XML for document printing, but have not 
been able to find (or figure out, in my spare time.. whatever that is ;-) ), 
hwo 
to do that.

  I do have to wonder though, with IBM dropping support for Bookmaster, what 
they intend on doing, with their own tools that generate things expecting 
Bookmaster to be present, like HCD and Bookmanager/READ do.  

  If we don't require to use Bookmaster, and thus, DCF, there would be a $$$ 
savings, that I know someone would like!
