Just a guess here, but I might think that SDSSMF83 belongs to some vendor 
product from SDS SOFTWARE.  This exit is (probably) dynamically installed in 
your system when this product initializes.  Also, you should be checking the 
code at address 16EDA300, not 96EDA300.  The high-order bit actually 
indicates that this is a 31-bit address, not a 24-bit address.
