This means that no userid (in the "true sense") was assigned to the task. The UID assigned is hex zeros or spaces, not sure which. The exec or clist executed with that userid (hex zeros or spaces). This DOES NOT match USER=XXXXXXX for which the DSN access has been granted. Thus the 306-30.
