The POST ASID is only a few instruction later don't know why the SYSUDUMP
says PRIMARY NOT EQUAL HOME

Maybe it was already that way prior to the PC call you're talking about. You need to look at a SYSTRACE to know for sure. Or step through the code with z/XDC...
