Do you imagine the US government is the only government
where bureaucracy messes things up? For that matter, do
you not see similar behavior in your organization? Have
you noticed John McKown's comments? Wasting money in
the face of options is practically commonplace. The sad
thing is that the people who do this think they are on
top of the situation.
