As to some of my recent comments, it looks like we might be getting a z10BC 
instead of buying the z9BC. Somebody noticed that it was actually cheaper, due 
to increased performance (so we can use fewer MSUs for the same workload) and 
smaller per-MSU cost. They're still hemming and hawing.
