I often wonder how many millions of man-hours and real dollars have been
lost due to case-sensitivity in *IX. I've repeatedly asked *IX types about
it, and they insist it's good, while (a) not being able to explain why and
(b) agreeing that they would never deliberately create two files with the
same name but different case.

IMHO, Windows actually got this one right...
