Rex,
I would check with CA. The messages appear to be an annoyance but not a
problem.
A quick look through their knowledge base turned up several hits for IDMS.
Once such hit was:
Title: MESSAGES CEE3792I AND CEE3790I WRITTEN TO LOG
Description:
NOTE: The lowest maintenance level to which this APAR
applies is service pack SP00, gen level 0103.
If a PL/I, C, COBOL, or LE conforming Assembler
program is run on an IDMS/DC system, then
messages CEE3790I and CEE3792I may be written to
the DC log each time the program is invoked. The
program will run successfully. The problem may be
introduced with application of IBM maintenance.
This APAR will prevent the log messages.
So this is probably a "normal" behavior as more and more things are using
LE.
