Thanks, but I don't think this is the problem.  I have the PARMLIB
member defined and I activated it last night to no avail.  This morning
I even added a DD card for CEEOPTS and bounced the CV.  No difference.
I believe Lizette found the problem as a CA patch to IDMS.

SYS1.PARMLIB(CEEPRMxx). The LE opts were (optionally) moved from an
assembled load module to SYS1.PARMLIB

The problem is that we don't have a CEEOPTS DD card defined to the IDMS
JCL.  This same JCL works fine under 1.7 but throws the errors under
1.10.
