There are 4 ESCON cards and two FC cards. We will only be using the ESCON. How do you reassign the storage to the mainframe side? Do you have any ideas about the LCU definition on cluster1?
I have a friend who is from Poland. He was in the Polish Navy and worked in the computer dept. as a hardware/software support person. He came to the US in the early 90s. Caution: probably your open systems were attached using FC cards. FC card can be configured as FICON card, but you cannot reconfigure it from SX to LX.
