When a GDS is reclaimed, messages IGD17356I indicating GDG is
reclaimed is correctly generated. IGD101I is also generated
indicating the dataset is created successfully and the GDS is
cataloged and is rolled into the GDG base. The job completes
successfully even though the existing data (old) still exists in
the dataset. That is, the new data is not written to the GDS
that was reclaimed. This is limited to z/OS 1.11 release.
