I may have found our problem. I had mistakenly assumed we were converting SYSZVVDS and SYSVTOC in MIMGR. As it turns out we were not (apparenlty something I had always thought should be done but never was :( ) I made the change dynamically in CA-MIM and ran physical dump via DSS and I see no reserver/enq issues.
