Due to my regard for IBM-Main, I'm not replying on-list.

Where is it written that one must:
1. Search for every web-site that may (or may not) outline a standard?
2. Adopt them all?

Not being a physicist, I'm not one too search out their standards, nor even 
check out their credentials.

Just because it's on a web-page doesn't make it a law.

As for the location of my, I'm not a cursing type of person, or I'd tell you to 
commit an anatomically impossible, self-reflective, intimate act!

It definitely reached Canada a long, long time ago.  

Regardless of where they live, it probably will never reach
