I've seen many a stubborn SYSPROG refuse to implement, because they were 
f***ing with 'MY SYSTEM'.

The point is we have to move from restricting to empowering.

I have seen so many processes put in place to slow down the rate of change.
This is a dichotamy (I know I didn't spell that correctly), because the number 
one purpose of IT is to facilitate change!
