For SHOWzOS look at www.cbttape.org FILE#492. Basicly it does what the name stay it just shows you information about z/OS. It's about 26000 lines of assembly code and still growing.
For IPCS look at the IBM Manuals (IPCS RSMDATA HVSHRDATE and IPCS RSMDATA HIGHVIRTUAL).
