I am looking for a utility type program that will let me select records from a sequential data set, FB or VB. I need selection criteria of starting position, length, type, and value. I know sort has include/omit, but at this time I cannot use sort. I have searched the cbt tape, but I can't find a program to do what I'm looking for.
