Ah, yes and no. Basically, any proc in the right proclib can be started with a START command. It can be single or multi-step. Most seems to be single step. Some TCPIP subfunction STCs have two step. The first sets up some sort of messaging facility and the second does the work. However, if the STC is to have its program controlled by the PPT (SCHEDnn member of PARMLIB) to set specific attributes (such as NODSI, and SYST as best as I can tell) then the procedure must be single step.
