FYI: since 2 years, we are using the API directly in the SE but with a
community in read/write and with generic network/mask including our z/OS @ip
and also an network adapter of the SE.

We created a new Community with 127.0.0.1/255.255.255.255 then that works well.
That means the use of the loopback is mandatory. That sounds BCPii needs to
use the SE internal definition. 

The good information for all is we didn"t reboot the SE. The conclusion is:
if you have already activated the API, no need to reboot the SE to define a
new communtity (or to update an existing community).
