Jack, 
I presume the following definition is a typo:? 

                 IBMFAC(WI.TARGET.IBM390PS.P00A9999.**) 

It should be IBMFAC(HWI.TARGET.IBM390PS.P00A9999.**) 

The only other difference from ours is we didn't use a generic, we used 
HWI.TARGET.IBM390PS.ABCDEFG.HWISERV  where ABCDEFG is our Processor 
name.
