That sounds interesting... I accept Tom's opinion that as long as the 4HRA is lower than the cap, some interval could be ran above the cap. However, in your scenario, if the 4HRA stabilze ABOVE the set defined capacity, it should not be more than 4 intervals, because the 5th interval will be the CAP value. back to our case, we'd like to cap at 24 MSU out of 26, however, when review CPU report, 80% of hourly intervals are about using 25 MSU..there's about 3% more to our expectation.
