CA fix RO20128 has been applied for the PMO problem. I now have
CBLOC VIRTUAL31(IHALCCA,IHAPCCA)
specified in DIAGxx and it works fine.
The new MUF that comes with MSM work fine with
VSM USEZOSV1R9RULES(NO)
so when a new version of scheduler comes out I would expect
it's MUF to work with this as well.
