I would suggest that you look at the IKJTSOxx member in SYS1.PARMLIB and make BRODCAST an individual TSO dataset rather than the SYS1.BRODCAST dataset. I think by giving individuals their own brodcast it would be less likely to enqueue. It will also reduce the problem on MAILBOX Full with on Brodcast dataset. And Clean up is easier.
