I ran across this thread http://groups.google.com/group/comp.sys.ibm.as400.misc/browse_thread/thread/655745cc2f3a69c9 which has 2 Bookmanager to PDF converters. Request for PDF2BOO author said would be much harder.
How about a PDF to text converter then upload ASCII to EBCDIC? Won't be bookmanager but would be viewable from the mainframe. Unless the Indexing tool can handle plain text books.
