You need to review any dumps. And if you do not have any dumps, then you
need to capture them

The S0C4/S0C6 will probably be the way the application is handling the data.

Questions to ask are:
1) What is the application doing at the time of the abend
2) Does the user have sufficient region size
3) Are there any other messages occurring at this time
4) What module is the abend occurring in?
5) Can this be a repeated abend? If so, then you can easily collect the
doc
6) Is DB2/IMS/CICS/MQ involved with these abends?

With LE you might have a CEEDUMP that could help. If not, then you might
need to change TERMTHDACT to include a trace or more dump information for
these abends.

Without dumps, this will be hard to determine.
