...expect the unexpected, may be the user jobs are just needing that duration (WAD=works as designed). For instance, are they doing sophisticated maths, like crash test simulation, climate forecasts or live insurance modelling? I think, also waiting for tape mounts is shown as EXECUTION in SDSF ST panel. Full database unloads over TCPIP (JDBC) may need some time to complete as one more example. Cheers Michael

I have checked the initiators too but they are inactive and non of jobs seem to be using those available initiators. I dont see any weird messages in console too.
