Use "swap n" or "swap <screen_name>" to get the 2 logical screens you
want in the foreground.  Then just SWAP.   If your PF9 is "SWAP NEXT" that
won't work.   

I've always kept PF9 as "SWAP" like the good ol' days, and use PF21 
as "SWAP NEXT".
