The limit in ISPF is 32, but it is configurable. The default as shipped by IBM is 32. This can be changed by using the ISPF configuration utility to change the ISPCFIGU module. Check the ISPF Planning and customization manual. The description in the manual is geared toward the system programmer who is setting the system defaults, but you can also use it to create your own ISPCFIGU module and put in in the ISPLLIB concatenation ahead of the ISPF load library. >The SWAPBAR is a neat feature, although I find it cumbersome to tab down to >the right screen and hit enter to get to it. If your emulator supports hotspots you can set it up so that you point to the screen you want on the swapbar and double click with the mouse. Hotspots also work with the action bar and some menus. Also the PF keys listed if you have PFSHOW enabled. You can even click on a URL and a web browser will open. I use PComm and I know it supports hotspots. I assume that most other emulators do as well. Does anyone know which ones do and which (if any) don't? -- Tom Marchant ---------------------------------------------------------------------- For IBM-MAIN subscribe / signoff / archive access instructions, send email to [email protected] with the message: GET IBM-MAIN INFO Search the archives at http://bama.ua.edu/archives/ibm-main.html
