This looks like a RACF Security error.
In the USS error.log
NOQUEUE: SYSERR(XXXXXX): drop_privileges: setuid(25) failed errno=139
errno2=0B880000: Operation not permitted
NOQUEUE: SYSERR(XXXXXX): drop_privileges: setuid(0) succeeded (when it
should not)
This is probably a result of the RACF Security error.
Obviously, the appropriate Mail is not sent.
A trawl through Messages and Codes does not yield much.
Has anyone come across the abovementioned before?
