We were getting bitten by overlapping datasets after defrags about
once a week, so I was tasked to get traps, send in dumps, and install
a test version with debugging code. Took about 15 dumps and two test
versions for IBM to come up with OA03920. I had about 40 dumps after
the second test version was installed and got about 20 of them in
before they said stop.

to OA03920.
