I don't know about being a "guru". And another person indicated that "chmount" 
won't work in a sysplex filesystem environment. I've got two systems in my 
basic sysplex, but am only now converting my UNIX to SYSPLEX(YES). So I'll be 
testing that on the 15th of January 2012.
