Thank you for your detailed answer. The ID/Owner which was mentioned in my
post means the person or some other creature who allocates the
dataset/file...

For the ID who updates a member of a PDS, it is usually displayed in ISPF
if she/he acturally did someting to the member like update, edit and so on.

It seems my question is a little bit interesting, for there is no simply
way to know it only if we analyze the SMF data.
