First answer - Yes the JOBCLASS(TSU) and JOBCLASS(STC) is what you want to
look at.
Second Answer:
$D JOBCLASS(n) - Display job class characteristics
$T JOBCLASS - Set job class characteristics
To modify the characteristics associated with one job, all started task
(STC) jobs, or time-sharing user (TSU) classes.
JOBCLASS(STC) or
JOBCLASS(TSU) initialization statements.
TSU and STC are subparms of $D/$TJOBCLASS
