I worked at a place that had a cold site for D/R and the Halon dump switch was just above the light switch. One time a service guy got called in because the "always on" lights in the room were out, he opens the door but because of the dark, instead of stepping in and hitting the switch, slaps his hand around the wall to try and feel for the switch. Well guess what he hit first? The force of the halon dump blew out ceiling tiles and broke a bunch of light fixtures and light bulbs.
