I haven't used multi-character prefixes recently, but if the command
prefix is "-DB33" then I would expect the actual DB2 command to
immediately follow the prefix -- i.e.,
-DB33DISPLAY DATABASE
without any leading comma. For example, JES2 commands are "$command"
not "$,command"
