I notice you didn't say "REJECT".  Is it sufficient to bump the
REWORK date and RECEIVE, or does the former incorrect FMID leave
some tracks in the GLOBAL zone that are most safely removed by
REJECT?   REJECT is easy enough; I'd be cautious.
