Interesting article concerning server electricity consumption problems and 
the disturbing trends.  I'll leave it as an exercise to the reader about 
whether there's already an actual solution to these problems.  I think the 
solution has been around for at least 10 years, in fact, and it has 
something to do with CMOS, IBM, and three levels of virtualization, 
although I can't quite figure it out. :-)

Regarding the meeting mentioned in paragraph one, isn't that a bit like 
going to OPEC to try to solve severe dependency on imported oil? :-)
