John, So, your new library is shared with some other systems .... ? non-
MVS systems ?
When you insert volumes into the library, the library notifies all
attached hosts that there are volumes in insert category.  So, be sure to
check with the other hosts what THEY did with the inserted volumes.
OAM does look for volumes but even once notified by the library, there may
be none left in insert category by the time OAM requests the list.
