You can use the HCD to do that. Get into HCD. Choose option 6: "Maintain
I/O defination files", then select option 1 "Delete I/O defination
file". Oh, yes, put the I/O definition file name in the field on the
first HCD screen.

Or, just use ISPF option 6 and enter:

DEL iodf.file.CLUSTER

Where "iodf.file" is the name that you'd normally put in the I/O
definition file field on the first HCD screen.
