Just available: a two-day course in support of IBM's product known as WebSphere Developer for zSeries (WD/z for short, unofficially).
This course is a thorough introduction in how to use WD/z for creating and maintaining classic z/OS applications (batch, TSO, IMS, DB2, CICS) in any of the languages: COBOL, PL/I, C, Assembler. WebSphere Developer for zSeries is an Eclipse-based product, providing true GUI interfaces for editing, file manipulation, and more. Developed at the request of one of the IBM developers, this course is, I believe, the first in the market. And it provides the foundation for future work using the product to develop Web-centric applications using Java and the mainframe WebSphere product.
