In a word, no. There are "pay for" products that can do that (SOFTAUDIT comes to mind), and IBM has a "reasonably priced" (no charge) module fetch monitor that I can't find the contact information for at the moment (there may be no fee, but there is paperwork involved).

Are loaded module names reported in SMF data? I am aware of the Program
Name in
the Type 4 Step Termination record, but is there anything to show
dynamically
called subroutines? Am looking for a way to determine "in use" for clean
up efforts. Thinking about it, the volume would be huge, but what is not
nowadays?
