  IEECB800 is the (non-OCO) module while processes D A,L.  Included
in the SYSAS counter are those address spaces for which 
CHTRKID = CHSASID  (this is in the CSCB, mapped by IEECHAIN).

  CHTRKID is set to CHSASID for address spaces created by
IEEMB881 (which is what ASCRE uses under the covers).  So, this
has nothing to do with the PPT attribute.
