That is likely the best idea. But, unfortunately, it takes time to order, install in the "sandbox" system, and migrate into production. Turns out that it is every even numbered line in a multi-segment/multi-line WTO. Line 1 is correct, line 2 is blank, line 3 is correct, line 4 is blank, and so on. In response to a different email on the same subject (not to clutter the list): I don't know if I had the PTFs installed for the "console restructuring" on my z/OS 1.4 system.
