BTDT, DOD and DOE. There's some good courses on Effective Communications,  
Dealing with Difficult people, Creative Listening,
whatever you want to call it. Some of them are actually are beneficial.  
Every now and then there's real gem. I went to some
system design something up at the Navy Yard and darned if Grace Hopper  
didn't teach a few of the lectures. As bright as she was her
stories of Admiral Nimitz and Alan Touring were  priceless...
