As has been suggested, if licensed for SAS and MXG, consider using this
combination to capture a SAS database for custom reporting.

Another alternative is a DFSORT APP (link below) coupled with IBM's DCOLLECT
(invoked from IDCAMS) utility which can provide this type of information, if
licensed for DFSORT.  Frank Yaeger's team has done great things in recent
years, enhancing DFSORT ICETOOL capabilities, what with "symbol mappings"
and new reporting / data manipulation capabilities.
