The msg of IBM manual is:
Explanation: The error occurred during processing of an OPEN macro. This
message is accompanied by system completion code 013 with the
return code.
C8 The open subsystem module was passed an error return code in
register 15 after issuing the IEFSSREQ macro to connect the user's ACB to
the subsystem. This indicates the subsystem was not operating,
unless the recovery routine recovered from a prior pgm check.
My question is:
Are There error in logic of program ??? I think witch the lab of BMC will
reply this answer, and send a correction.
Thanks all for help
