I do not really understand the question, but it sounds like the new system should have identical access to the channels, etc. I would research the Channel Path Access/Candidate Lists for any problems. You should be able to obtain a Channel Path Summary Report by selecting the following from the HCD panels: Print or compare configuration data, Print configuration reports, CSS report and CSS summary reports. Be aware devices can also have Candidate Lists.
