GIM69147W SMP/E WAITED 120 MINUTES BUT ORDER ORD00001 IS NOT READY
That's extremely common. If you get too many of these, try the alternate
server.
For the most part when an order times out and you get the GIM69147W
message, it usually implies the backend servers are having trouble. In
fact lately the FTP download server has been under the weather, and when
it returns to operation after an outage there is usually a back log of
orders to fulfill. Thus, less than optimal turn around.
The alternate server URL won't fix most time out issues because the
backend servers which performs the meat of the order processing are
still the same, regardless of the entry URL used.
